Contract signed and approved for Lateral Sewer on Catalpa Avenue and Factory Street
by Charles Cousins at 90 cents per.Lin.it. 12" Pipe.
Excavators Bond of Henry De,Vos received and approved,also Arthur V. Meyers approved
J Harry N. Barnes contract signed and Bond approved for pavement on Osborn Street
and Miller Court under Improvement Resolution NO.12.
Bida ppened on street. work on the following streets and refered to the Engineer,
Grade,Curb and Walk on South Scott Street

/Pipe Sewer on Diamond Avenue

JPavement on the First Alley West of Michigan Street
" Diamond Avenue.
Calvin Curry ordered to replace old Walk with new at Lot N0,709 Harrison Avenue.
Petitionreceived and refered to City Engineer asking for Grade Curb and balk on
East Calvert Street from Sampson.St, to Cardline St,
f Remonstrance received and placed on file objecting to the appropriating of the land
in line with Catalpa Avenue from Prairie Avenue to The First Alley North of Leon Ct.
