Board met in regular session at 10 A.M. all members present
/ Contract awaded to Hoban & Roach for the construction of_ Pipe Sewer on Campau Street
from Arthur Street to Welsh Street under improvement Resolution NO.g.
Hearing given on Rolls of awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter
Of appropriating 14feet off of the Southernly ends of lots. 4, 3, 2, and 14A"in Jacob
Leers First Survay and-14feet off the Southerly end of Lot "A" in Klines Addition
under Condemnation Resolution No.53
In the above matter no remonstrahces were filed and no remonstrators epp'Lared .
The Board find that the propertymentioned in said rolls are bene-filed and damaged respect
-ively as shown in said rolls and said rolls are hereby in all ' hings ratified.,confirmed
and approved and all action under Condemnation Resolution No. 53 is hereby concluded.
VBids were opened on the Water Connections on.Navaree Street,St6Joneph Street and Prairie
Avenue under Improvement Resolutions NO'S 192 l9, 17. respectivAy alsp Sewer Connections
on Prairie Avenue:. and refered to the City Civil Engineer for tabulation.
✓ Remonatrance received and placed on file signed by East Wayne Street residents protesting
against the use of the corner of East Wayne and. Columbia Streets for Depot purposes
by the Northern Indiana Railway Co.
/ Petition received anr' refnred to the City Engineer for specifications asking for a Pipe
Sewer on North St,Peter Street from Madison Street to LaSalle Avenue.
Petition received and refered to the' City Engineer for Specification; asking for Walk
and Curb on North St, Perer Street from Cedar Street to Sorin Street.
Engineer filed estimated cost as follows;
