1,'Gintz Avenue Vacation resolution X0.5 was'defered untill,Friday.June 3th. at 10 A.M.
✓ Petition received and refered to the City Engineer for specifications for pavement
on Webster Street fram Sample Street to the Chicago Indiana and Southern Rail Road
Petition received and refered to the City Engineer asking for Grade.Curb and Walk
on DueybAvenue from South Bend Avenue to Howard Street
�Declaratory hearing on Improvement Resolution NO-15 for an Overflow Sewer on East
Wayne Street from, Columbia Street to, the St',Joseph river.
In the above matter no remonstrator& appeared afid no remonstrances were filed.
The Board therefore find in each and every casevin said improvement that the benefits
to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said
improvements and the same are hereby in althings ratified,confirmed and approved.,
Resolved.that notices be published on the 3th. day of June andon the 10thday of -
June 1910 in the South Bend Daily Times ,stating that this Board will receive bids
for the construction of said improvements up to 10 A.M. on the 24th. of June 1910
The Board.reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
