Board met in regular session at 10'A."M. all members present
Defered Hering on Vacation.Resolution No.4 vacatingfollowing the 1 to wing described property
to-wit,Alleyvin Dunham's Sub -Div. of Bank Out Lot 7S The East and West Alley running
along the South side of Bank Out Lot 77 and the North side of 1-3-4-and 5 and 6
.Dunham"s Sub -Div. of Bank Out Lot 79. Also the North and South Alley between lots 1-2
and 3 and Alley between lots 4 and 5 all in said Dunham's Sub-Div.of Bank Out -Lot 78.
In the above matter no further remonstrators appeared and no further remonstrances were
f ed,all the remonstrances were overruled. The Board therefore decla*e the above
described property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things ratified,
confirmed and approved. In the above matter Charles F. Niedbalski desented.
Hearing set for the awarding of benefits and damagies on Vacation Resolution no.4. on
June 21th. 1910 at 7-15 P.M.
In the matter.of the Grade on South Michigan St. the same refered to the City Engineer,
Bond and contract of Hoban &.Roach`on Pipe Sewer on Campau Street approved.
'Bond and Contract of C. Coussens on sewer connections on Prairie A,veneu approved.
,,Bids on.L*,Salle Avenue Grade and Curb opened and refered to the City engineer for tabuli
-tation.
_IDeclaratory Hearing on Improvement Resolution No.15. for Pipe Sewer on East Wayne Street
from Columbia Street to the St,Joseph River. In the above matter no further remonstrators
appeared and no further remonstrances were filed The Board therefore find in each and
every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to trie city of South
Bend are equal to the estimated colt of said improvements and the same are hereby in all
things ratifiedlwnfirmed and approved.
Resolved,that notices be published on the 3th. of June and on the loth. of June 1910
in the South Bend Daily Times,stating that this Board will receive bids for the constructio
of said improvements up to 10 A.M. on the 24th. day of June 1910.
The Board reserves the right to reject any of all bids.
Engineer filed estimated cost on East Wayne Street Overflow -sewer Improvement
Resolution NO.15 at $450.00
