Board met in regular session at 10A.14. all members present
Defered Hering on Vacation. Resolution No.4 vacating the following described, property
to wit,Alley,�in Dunham's Sub -Div. of Bank Out Lot 79 The East and West Alley running
along the South side of Bank Out Lot 77 and the North side of 1-3-4-and 5 and 6
.Dunham's Sub -Div. of Bank Out Lot 79. Also the North and South Alley between lots 1-2
and 3 and Alley between lots 4 and 5 all in said Dunham's Sub-Div.of Bank Out Lot 78.
!In the above, matter no further remonstrators appeared and no further remonstrances were
f edal`1 the remonstrances were overruled. The Board therefore declare the above
described property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things ratified,
confirmed and approved. In the above matter Charles F. Niedbalski desented.
Hearing set for the awarding of benefits and damagies on Vacation Resolution no.4. on
Juhe 21th. 1910 at 7-15 P.M.
In the matter of the Grade on South Michigan St. the same refered to the City Engineer.
Bond and contract of Hoban & ,Roach, on Pipe Sewer on Campau Street approved.
Bond and Contract of C. Coussens on sewer connections on Prairie Aveneu approved.
,( Bids on. L*2Salle Avenue Grade and Curb oAened and refered to the City engineer for tabuli
-tation.
�Deelaratory Hearing on Improvement Resolution No.15. for Pipe Sewer on East Wayne Street
from Columbia Street to the St,Joseph River. In the above matter no further remonstrators
appeared and no further remonstrances were filed The Board therefore find in each and
every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to tle City of South.
Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all
things ratifiedogpnfirmed and approved.
Resolved,that notices be published on the 3th. of June and on the loth. of June 1910
In the South Bend Daily Times,stating that this Board will receive bids for the constructi(
of said improvements up to 10 A.A. on the 24th. day of June 1910.
The Board reserves the right to reject any of all bids.
Engineer filed estimated cost on East Wayne Street Overf-low<Sewer Improvement
Resolution NO.15 at $450.00
