Board_ met in special session at 7-15 P.M. Mr. Niedbalski absent.
i Hearing given on declaratory resolution NO.10 for Cold Tar Filled Macadam defered
untill May 18th. 'at 10 A. M.
J Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution NO.12 for Pavement on Osborn Street and
Millers Court from Vistula Avenue to Sample Street.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
Therefore be it remnlved that the Bogard find in each and every case in said improvement
that 'the benefits to the property,and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimate
cost of -said improvements and the name are hereby in all things ratified.,confirmed and
approved.
Be it resolved that notices'be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 17th. day
of May and on the 24th. day of May 19109to the effeet that this Board will receive bids
for th#-construction of said improvements up to 10 A.M. on the 7th. day June 1910.
The Eeaard reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
J Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution NO.11 for Pavement oar Miami Street from Bowman
Street to Fox Street.In the above matter no remonstratces appeased and no remonstrances
were fil ed.Therefore be it Resolved that the Board find. in each and every case in laaid
improvements that the benefits to the property,and to the City of South Bend are equal
to the estimated coat of maid improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified
and, approved. Be it Resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on
the 17th. ,gaay of. May and on the 24th. day of May 1910 to the effect that this Board will
receive bias for the construction of said improvements up to 10 A.M. on the 7th. day of
June 1910. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Street to Union Street. In the above matter so remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance
were filed. Therefore be it Resolved that the Board find in each and every case in said.
