Resolved by the Board of Public Works of $rhe City of South Bendjndiana..
That an improvement be made of the kind2sizellocationand terniineil points, '&sfellowe . s;
Water connections on Fisher Street from Webster Street to Union atreet2in accordance with
a report submitted to the Common Council by the Board of Public Works and adopted an the,
13th. day of lay* 1910
Said imprevement shall be known and designated as FISHER STREET WATER CONNECTIONS
And shall be constructed according to plans &nd specifications prepared by the City Civil
EngineeTIfiled herewith. Notice of this proposals for bidn' shall be published on the 13th.

bids for this work. at its office in the City Hall on the 6-N.A. day oil June 1910 at 10A.M.
