Shatterley Place beginning at the Sout East Cezrner of Lot 65 Shatterley'm Third
Place in the City of South Bend Indiana.Thence North to the Nor . th line of Lot 66-
in said Plat ; Thence Easterly to the Went line of lot 41in Chapin place Addition
thence South to the North line of Riverside Drive;thence West 9ft. to the place
of beginning. is hereby recinded.
./In the matter. of Vacation Resolution NO.2, in the Smith & Jackson Sub-Divis-ion
Assessments of benefits and damagies ordered prepared and the Vacation declared
confirmed and approved.

..That it is desirable to vacate Gintz Avenue from Colfax Avenue to Washington
Street in Millers and Greens Addition. ,
The followizn,,r property may be beneficially effectedby such vacatien;
Lots 1-2-3-4-and. 5 in Miller and Greens Add.and lot 25 in the Original Plat
of the Town of Lowell. Said Lots are all owned by the Stephenson Underwear Mills.
Notice of this resolution hell 'be published on the 12th.day of day and on the
l9th, day of May in the South Bend Daily Times in the year 1910
The Board at it office in the '0 City Hall on the lst of June 1910at 10 A.M. will
hear and receive remenstrances from all persons interestedin or affected by
there proceedings. Adopted May 11th. 1910
