Resolved by the Board -ofPublic Works of the City of South Bend ,Indiana;
That an improvement be Made of the kind,size,locationa,nct terminal points as
follows;, dater and Sewer connections on Prairie Avenutff 'om Webster Street to
Sample Street.in-accordance with a, report submitted to the gommen Council
by the Board of Public Works and adopted on the llth. day of April 1910
Said improvement shall be known and designated nip, PRAIRIE AVENUE WATER AND
SEVER CONNECTIONS NO 17 and shall be constructed, according to the plans and
specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. notice of
this proposals for bids shall be published an the 6th. day of May ar.d on the
13th. day:of May 19lo.in the South Bend Times. The Board will receive sealed
proposals for this work at its office in the City Hall on the 25th. day of May
1910 at 10 A. M
