Board met in special session at 7`15 P.M. all members present.
Hearing; given on Assessment Roll and Final Estimate for Aspho_lt Macadam pavement on
Notre Dame Street from JeffersonStreet North to the ;orth City Limits under Improvement
Resolution w0.596.
No remenstra,ters appeared and no remonstrances were filed.The Board therefore rind
that the property assessed in said rolls filed Dec. 31th. 1909.is benefitted in the
of assessments as shown on said rells,and the Board further find that the assessment
rolls filed Dec. 31th. 1909and the final estimate allowed May 2nd. 1910 should be and
the same are hereby in all, things ratified,confirned. a,nd approved.
C. H. Def'rees appeared before the Board and obligated himself to keep the Notre Dame
'Street Macadam Pavement in a good state of repair for six months frogs date.
Petition received and refered to the City Engineer asking for ;TIwalk and Curb on North
La,Fay ' - from Bartlett,. Street to Foot. Street.
Petition receive{ and placed on file asking that the Board approve of a Street railway
Line beginning; at the intersection of Hill and Madison Street,East on ;Madison St. to
Akhur St. North on Arthur to Campau St.
Petition -received and placed on file asking that the Board approve of a Street railway
Line on Prairie Ave. from Kimbal Ave. to Webster St.
