Board met in regular
session at 10 A.M. all members present
Petition received and referee to City Engineer asking for r3rade7Curb, and Walk on
Haney Avenue from -Carroll Street to High Street.
o/Petition received and refered to the City Engineer asking for Pipe Sewer On Milton
Avenue -from I'Vitwer Avenue to Michigan Street.
V . Grade on South Scott Street from Indiana Avenue to the Vandalia Trackr approved
Contract signed,Bond filed and approved Harry N. Barnes for the Prairie Avenue
Brick pavement Improvement Resolution N9.1.
All Bids,under Improvement Resolution N0-3 for Grade and Curb on LaSalle Street
from Eddy Streetto Sunnyside Ave. are hereby rejected and new bids asked for.
Reselved3,that notice be published in the South Bend Times on the gth.of belay and on
the 16th of May lqlo,z-:to the 1,,6ffdbt:,that this Board will receive sealed propeftals
up to 10A.M. on the 31th. day of May 1910.
The Board reserves the right to reject
