Y Final-Reaolutien Designating Kind of Pavement to be laid on Prairie Avenue
Whareas, '.'the Board of Pfublic Works of the -City of South Bend, Indiana.did on the
Sth. day of April 1910 enter a preliminary order designating Brick as -a kind of a pavement
for the improvement of Prairie Avenue from Sample Street tee -<Webster street,snd'whereas no
majority petition for any other material has been filed by the freeholders residing
on said Street .
Therefore be if -Resolved. -That the preliminary order is hereby confirmed and said Street
is hereby ordered paved with Barr Clay Vitrified Paving--Brick,anl that a contract be
entered into with Harry N. Barnes for the improvement of said. Prairie Avenue in accer

4th. day of February 1910
