Board of a. certain Plea refused
Resolved by the• Board that the ground covered by the Plat should not be used for
a Cemetery in violation of a Ci#y ordinance
° Resolved by the Board that Fifteen Thousand ( I5OO&.X0) Dollars Insurance be placed
on the City Hall building,furniture,fixtures and Patrol Barn and that the present
Insurance carried on same be cancledgen dote of placing same.

Petipion received and ref ered to City Engineer asking for a Pipe Sewer on East
Hadison Street .
Plan of underground wireing of the City submitted by the Indiana, and Michigan Electric
Co. showing location of lights approved.
