Board met in special session at 7-15 P.M -all members present
Hearing cgiven on Declaratory Resolutions ' -.for''Pip& Sewet on Campeau Street from
Arthur Street to Walsh Street, Grade, Curb and Walk on CajTau Street from Eddy Street
to Arthur Street . All under Improvement Resolutions Noz.8and 9. 1
Engineer filed 11"'e-timated. cost as follows;
Campau Street Pipe Sewer
$1300-00
Campau Street Grade.Ciarb and Walk$1629.00
In the ebove matter no remonstrators appeared and no-remonstrences were filed.
The Board therefore find in each and every case in said i-,�.provements that the benefits
to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the, estimated cost of said
improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified confirmed and approved
Be it resolved that notices be,publi-shed*in the South Bend dalev TimeQ on the 26th. of
April and on the 3th. day of May IgIO to the effect that this Bard. will receive bids
for said Improvements up to 16 A. M. on the 17th. day of May 1910.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids
Petition received asking for the'approval of the Board for a line of Street Railway
from the intersection of Michigan St. and La,SaUe St. running East or. La.Salle to Hill
Street thence North to Madisey-1 t' eet thence East on Madison to the City limits,
The Board, rejected the petition on the ground - that they did not care to have La.Salle
Avenue Bridge occupied by a Street Ra�lway but approved of the line from Hill Street Eas
