-Board met in regular session at IO A.M. Mr. Lambert absent
`Petition received and refered to the City Engineer for specifications for pavement
on Diamond Avenue from La, Porte Avenue to Michigan Avenue
Petition received and refered to the City Engineer asking that the Alley between,
South Fellow St. and South Rush St.running from East Wanger St -South to the first
alley running east aid►st frorSeth Fellow St. to South Rush St. also requesting
that the same be =_ ch n ed f'r�m^an i1r�d to a Court and. that the Court be named
Naitzel Court.
Bids received and opened for the Grade and Curb on East La,fialle St. Improvement.
Resolution N0.3 refered to the C:ty Engineer.
VACATION RESOLUTION NO
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the -.City of South Bend,Indiana. That it is
desirable to vacate the following .jklleys in Dunham's,Sub Division of Bank. Out Lot 79
The East and West Alleye running along the South side of Ban1k Out Lot 77and the North
side.of Lots I,3,4,5,and 6 Dunham's Sub Division. of Bank Out Lot 78. Also the North
and south Alley between. I-2 and Sand. Alley between lots 4and 5 all in all in said
Dunham's Sub Division of Bank Out Lot 79•
The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by soeh vacation
