PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
Specifics:
We are requesting $31,120 to develop a high-level block concept plan for the area bounded
by LaSalle Avenue, Main Street, Colfax Avenue and MLK Blvd. The plan will test a variety of
urban design and landscape concepts to help guide future planning for the area.
