The Park Department budget for fiscal year 1996 budgeted the revenues and expenses of operating the Potowatomi Gift Shop as a concession and funded the appropriate accounts, accordingly. The Potowatomi Zoo Gift Shop has, however, been operated by the Park Department in fiscal year 1996 and not as a concession. The Common Council has determined that it is advisable to transfer revenues and funds supporting the operation of the Zoo Gift Shop from concession account of the Park Department budget to the corresponding line items of its Potowatomi Zoo account. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I . Bend Parks &Recreation Department to transfer the budget of the Potawatomi Zoo Gift Shop from the Concession Division to the Potawatomi Zoo Division.
