Board met in regular session 10 A.M. all members present.
Petition received signed by Robert P. Kizer and others petitioning for a Grade
on first Alley South of Lindsey Streetc: between 'L,eland. Avenue and North
Scott Street ref Bred to City Engineer.
✓ Petition received signed by John A. Kepper and others asking for Grade,Curb
and Walk on South Scott Street from Indiana Avenue to the Vandalia Railroad
refered to City Engineer.
✓ The Contractor Bond of Elias G. Metz received and approved
Petition received signed by one hundred and more of the citizens of the six
° ward asking; the Board to establish a Fire Station within the limits of the
six ward .
The Board unamiously concured with the petitioners and resolved to give the
petition clue consideration and act on same as soon as the Citys finances
would admit.
