Board met in regular session at I@ A.M.&II, members present
�Petition for Sewer on Diamond Avenue from VanBuren Street north . to the end of Street
Resolved by the Board of Public Work,, of the City of South Bend Indiana,that all
companies or copporations setting poles in the Streets or Alleys or Paid City
and littering the Streets and Alleys and failing to remove same be refused. permits
fdr further poling the City
Contractors Bond of Charles-L.Ifeadley received and placed on file an6 approved.
Resolved by the Board or Public Works of the City Of South Bend Indiana.
That all Aeling of Alleys less than 14 ft. wide be confined to one side of the Alley
VACATION RESOLUTION NO.2
Resolved by the Bonrd .of Public Works of the I City of South Bend Indiana.
That it in desirable to Vacate the following discribed potion of Marion Street to wit*
Begining at the north east cornor oflot9 in Smith and Jacksons Sub -Division of lets
729,9,I2,I3II4I&nd 15 in Kents and Gazrisons Sub -Division of Out Lot I in Henricks
and grants North West Addition thence southerly eleven (II)feet to the north West
corner of lot II in said Smith and Jackmons. Sub-Divisio-n2thence easterly on the northei
-ly line of said lot II to the north east cirner of said lot III thence westerly on
straight line to the place of begining.
