Board met in regular session at IO A. I. all merlbers present

the City of South Bend,through its Board of Public Works party of the first part
anO the Grand Trunk Western Railway Co. a corporation owing_; and operating a r
.railroad line through the City of South Bend Indiana.,has this day been resinded.

IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 9
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana.
That it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement
l/in the said City as authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution,a,dopted by
said Board on the 22th. day of March 1918.
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend-Indiana,that an improvemet
be made of the kind,size,loca,tion and terminal pointsas followes.
By Grading and constructing cement Curb and Walk on Ca'mpau Street from Eddy Street
to Arthur Street where the same is not already constructed and improved.
:Said improvement shall be known and designated as CAMPAU STREET GRADE CURB AND WALK
DetAil drAwings,plAns,profiles And specifications are on file and may be seen at the offie
of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvements must be done in
accordance therewith,
Said Board has fixed the I5th.da€y of April 1910 as a date upon which remonstrances
nay be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvement and on
said day at 7—I5 P.M.said Board will at its office hear and consider any,remonstrances
and persons interested or whose property is affected by said public improve-_-.ent and will
deside whether the -benefits that will accure to the property,abutting and adjacent to
the proposed imprevements,and to said City,will be equil to or exceed the estimated
cant of the proposed imprevements,ag estimated by the City civil Engineer
A;Bend or Bands i--,ued ,te the contractor -as according to lew. Said Bond; to bear
interest at the. rate of Six per cent paayaable aas provided by law.
