All of said Alley -being in Kents & Garrison's Sub -Division of Out Lot No. One(I) of. Henricks and Grants Addition to the Town now:the City of South Bend,Indiana. Adopted_ this the I5th. day of March 1910 Board of Public works. fearing given on Declukra.tory Resolution for Grade and Curb on La Salle Avenue. from Eddy Street to Sur_hyside Avenue.under Improvement Resolution #3. In the above matter no no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrators were filed All other remonstrances over ruled. The Board therefore rind in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvementsand the same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed and approved. "Engineer filed estimated cost as follows; $2500.00 Be it Resolved that notice be published in the South Bend Times on the 29th da.y of March and 4th. day of April 1910,to the affect that this Board will receive bids for said improvement up to IO A.M. on the 15th. of April 1910 The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
