Bastian absent IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.4 ✓ To whome it may*Conce'n _ Notice iS hereby given by the Board off Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana that .it 'is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement in said City as authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution, adoptedby said Board on the 9th. day of March 1910. Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana. That an improvement be made of the kind,size.location and terminal points as follows; Dale Avenue from Indiana Avenue to Dayton Street,by grading the said street from property line to property line,constructing cement walks on both sides and curbing the roadway with cement curb. Said Improvement shall be known and designated as DALE AVENUE GRADE CURB AND WALK IMPROVEMENT. Detailed dr&Win g.: ,plane,profiles and specifications are on file and maybe.seen at the office of said Board and all work in making.of said Public improvement must be done in accordance therewith. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION Nq.5 To Thome it may concern; Notice is hereby given by the Board or Public Woaks of the City of South Bend Indiana. that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the said City as authorized by the following numbered Improvement Re solution,adopted by said Board on the .fth. day of March 1910 .Be it Resolved; by the Board of Public Works, of the City of South Bend Indiantt. That an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points as followers; A lateral Sewer. on East Broadway beginning at the center of Miami street thence East along the center line of said Broadway -to the East line of Lot I2 in Leer's Second Add -with a IOineh vetrified sewer pipe,together with the house connections to the curb line along the line of -said improvement. Said improvement shall be known and designated_ as the EAST BROADW Y LATERAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO 5. Detailed drawings,plans,pro_'iles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvements,must be done in accordance therewith. Said Board has fixed the Sth. day of April 1910 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on -Raid day at 7-I5 P.A.,said.
