Petition asking for Street light on Campau Street near the Preley School
granted.
Petition asking for Tarvia Macadam Pavement on East Navarre st. signed by
J.O.Yerger and 15 others received and refered to City Engineer.

Notice is hereby given by -the Board of Public Worke, of the City of South Bend
Indiana,that it is desired and,deemed necessary to make the following described
public improvements in the said City as authorized by the followini--x numbered
Improvement Resolutions adopted by said Board on the 9th. day of March IgIO
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana,.
That an improvement be made of the kind gsize.locatlon and terminal points
as followers; East Navare street from the East line of Michigan.street to the
West line of Riverside Drive.by grading and paving the roadway from Curb line
to Curb line to a uniform width of forty two and one half(42.5)feet.with Coal
Tar Filled Macadam or Aspholt Filled Macadam eight inches(g) in depth. All as
shown on detail plans2and specifications on file in the office of the Board.
Detailed drawings2plans,,profiles and specifications are on file and may be seen
at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public Improve
-merit nust be done in accordance therewith.

-ances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public

Property is affected by said public improvements and will deside whether the
benefits that will assure to.the property.abuting and adjacent to the proposed
