o Resolved; That the companies and corporations using and erecting poles and
placing wires for the transmition of electric power and service in the Ciyt
.of South Bend Indiana,are hereby notified and. ordered to discontinue erecting
poles on and after 5 P.M. February 25th.I910 in the streets and alleys in the
co-operative limits of the City of South Bend Indiana.
✓ Resolved ; That the Indiana and Michigan Electric Co.be notified to remove
lights placed by said company at the following named skating rinks,Boward
Park, Leeper Parkland South Michigan Street rink by the first day of March
Igio.
