Board met in regular session at IO A.M.F. E. Lambert absent
z The Agreement entered into by the South Bend and Logansport Traction Co.and the
Chicago,South Bend and. Northern Indiana Railway Co. was approved and refered to
the Common Council for the enactment of an Ordiance governing same
✓ Petition received i:fdr frrade,Curb,and Walk on Dubail Avenue on the North Side
begining on the west side of Lot 56 of Oak Perk Addition and extending Eastto
Dale Avenue,and on the South side be,linning on the E&Ft aide of Lot 91 in Studebskers
Addition,to Dale Avenue by the construction ofside-walk and curb and by grading said Dubail
Avenue according to lwv. signed by Wm. Happ and three others
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of the County
y of St. Joseph Indiana.
Whereas William Happ and others have petitioned this Board to improve Dubail
Avenue by gra,de,Curb,and Walk and wherea's it is impossiable to improve said Avenue before
a culvert is constructed across Bowman Creek; therefore
Be it Resolved; That it is the desire of the Board to improve said Avenue,and have said
culvert constructed and would respectfully petition the Board of County Commissioners to
have said culvert built. Be it further Resolved that the Clerk is instructed to send
a copy or these Resolutions to the said Board of county Commissioners.
