Board met in regular session at 10 A.M. all members present
Resolved that the Board fefuse to issue building permits untill parties have
paid for the water to be used in the building of same.
✓ Resolutions Directing the Engineer to prepare Plans -and Specifications.
Be it resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bendjndiana
That trie City .Engineer be hereby directed to prepare -general detail ,drawings
and f--reneral specifications, and the detail,plands and specifications,f0r, the
curbing and found,&tion suitable for the use in connection with the wearing surface
of any ofthe following named kinds of modern city pavements.also detail *
specifications for the wearing surface of each of the following Pavements.
Asphalt,,Brick.Bitulithic2and Creosoted Wooden Block,for the improvement of Prairie
Avenue from Sample Street to Webster Street,and to submit the same to this Board
for its examination and. approval.at a meeting to be held on the 4th..day of Feb.IgIO
