II. I APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the Redevelopment Trustees Special Meeting of
May 7 ,1971, were read by the Secretary, Mrs. Josephine M. Curtis.
On =tion by Mr. James F. Peacock, seconded by Mr. Roy B. Root, the
m lnu tes were unanimously approved.
III. SUBOOMMITTEE REPORT ON PROSPECTIVE COMMISSIONERS
The reports from the Trustees indicated that the conferences
with the prospects for Commissioner were incomplete and a later meet-
ing needs to be scheduled for full reports on all the prospects.
The Trustees were all of the opinion that this is an extremely
seri us challenge. Someone is needed who has the capabilities to
push for leadership and have rapport with people.
The following prospects who have been contacted are willing to
s ery
1. Mrs. Anna Mae Smelser
2. Mrs. Goldie Ivory
Mr. $lair Warner has other commitments and cannot serve at this time.
IV. I SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES
The next Special Meeting of the Trustees was unanimously agreed

b called for Tuesday, June 8, 1971, at 9:00 A.M., in the Office of
the: epartment of Redevelopment.
