AMENDMENT TO OWNER -ENGINEER AGREEMENT Amendment No. 2 The Effective Date of this Amendment is: October 22, 2019. (LFA) finalized design services, prepared contract documents, and submitted a quote package that was distributed by the City and received on August 27, 2019. All received quotes exceeded allowable threshold. The City now desires LFA to adjust these contract documents for bidding.The City has requested LFA to prepare a bid package for this project. This supplemental is for the following: • Finalize plans, update special provisions, and finalize the proposal sheet as bidding documents for soliciting bids from contractors. • Submit the project's coversheet and advertisement for approval. Page 1 • Provide bid period services for answering questions and preparing any necessary addendums. All questions and answers shall be through city staff through said period. Attend a pre -bid meeting as may be requested by the City. • Attend the pre -construction meeting with the City and successful contractor. « Provide construction phase services as may be required. Bid packages shall be available to the City in a timeframe requested. Under Article 2 Section C2.01B Compensation ADD the following to the original agreement: 4. A Lump Sum (LSUM) amount of $ 2,800 for preliminary design documents, final plan submission, bidding documents, attending a pre -bid meeting, and other bid period services as described in the modification to the scope of services above. 5. Construction Phase Services as described above will be paid HNTE as provided in previously executed agreements.
