1. A meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission was held at the
Off ce of the Commission, in Room 1200 County -City Building, 227 West
Jefferson Boulevard, in the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th
of March, 1971, at 4:00 P.M. This was a Special Meeting of said Com-
mission called in the Regular Meeting of March 19, 1971.

2. This Special Meeting was called for the purpose of adopting the follow-
ing Resolutions, which were passed with a vote of 9 to 0 by the Common
Coun it in their meeting Monday evening, March 22th:
a. Resolution No. 346: Approving and authorizing the submission
of a Code Enforcement Grant Application for Model
Cities East Code Area.
Approved by Common Council on their Resolution No. 269 -71
Mr. Wiggins moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 346, se-
conded by Mr. Chenney, and unanimously carried.
b. Resolution No. 347: Approving and authorizing the submission
of a Code Enforcement Grant Application for Model
Cities West Code Area.
Approved by Common Council on their Resolution No. 268 -71..

Mr. Chenney moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 347,
seconded by Mr. Wiggins, and unanimously carried.
C. Resolution No. 348: Approving the undertaking of 'a
General Neighborhood Renewal Plan and filing of
application for Federal advance of funds for the
Southeast Neighborhood "area.
Approved by Common Council on their Resolution No. 266-71.
Mr. Wiggins moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 348,
seconded by Mr. Chenney, and unanimously carried.
d. Resolution No. 349: Approving undertaking of survey and
plans for an Urban Renewal Project known as the
Southeast Neighborhood and filing of an application.
Approved by Common Council on their Resolution No. 267 -71.
Mr. Chenney moved for the adoption of Resolution No. 349,
seconded by Mr. Wiggins, and unanimously carried.
