discribed property, A strip nine foot wide running north From Marion street
allong the west side of Lot #II of of Kent and Garrisonts Subdivision of
Out Lot No. One of Hendricks and Grants Addition to the Town,and now the
City of Smth Bench , and upon the Plat of Smith and. Jac]json's sub -division
Extending north-tb the *acabed Kankakee Till Race. Refered to the City Engineer
Received from the South Bend Watch Co.Five (5.00) Dollars in payment for work
done on their sewrr by the Street,TDepartment.
