The Board met in special session at 7-30 P.I. all members present.
Hearing on Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates on Asp$olt Macadam.
pavement ,Resolution #596 for Notre Dame Street,defered untill April It
1950.
To the Tionorable Board of Public Works
City of South Bend Indiana.
Gentlemen: -
I herewith authorize the City Controller to hold out the sum
of One Hundred (100.00) Dollars from the Final Estermate for the Colleen
Street Pipe Sewer Improvement.#62.0.
Said run to be retained, until! suitable weather permit s to make the
necessary repairs on said street.

Tiering on assessment rolls and final esti.7rate on Pipe Sower Improvement
under Resolution #620 for College Street.
No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
The Board therefore find that the propertyassessed in said rolls filed
December 31th. 1909 benefitted in the amount of assessments Cs shown
on said rolls,and tFYe Board further find that the assessments rolls
filed December 31th. 1909,and the final estermate allowed Dec..31th.19o9
should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed
and approved.
