Board met in regular session at I0 I. all members present
✓ Hearing given on Vacation Resolution #61.vacating the following described property
The North and south alley between lots 139 and I40in Wenger � Krie;bau.'s ?..nd.Add.
In the above matter no remonstraters appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
The Board therefore deelairs the above drscribed property in all things vacated.
The Board finds that the property of Frank L.Shipe is benefited in the amount of
$15.00 Dollars.
The property of Frank L. Shipp is therefore assessed (I5.00) dollars .
Now comes Frank_ L.Shipe and waves all notice of assessment under Vacation Resolution
#61and pay into the Treasury of the city of South Bend Indiana the sum of $15.00
The reconsideration of rebating property owners on Broadway in Grade .Curb & Walk.
improvement#595 from Fellow St. to Miame St. as petitioned for by C.1W.Wenger
and others not allowed .
