Engineer filed assessment rolls and final estimates for Asphalt Macadam pavement
on Notre Dame street fron Jefferson street north to City Limits and for Pipe Seger
on College street frori Linden avenue to Washington street, under Improvement Res-
olutions Nos. 596 & 620 re-pec!.=ively.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assemeats be published for six
consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Tines, commencing on the lst day of January
1910, stating that this Board will give a hearing; on the amount of such assessments
at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of January 1910, at 7:15 P. M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and
approved and the final estimate tbe.reon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be
published. on the lst day of January, 1910, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating;
that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such v6 rk at its office in
the City Hall on the 28th day of January 19102 at 7:15 P.M.
In the matter of the opening of an alley fror Leer street to Xiine street,
under Condemnation ResoltiTion No. 53, the Board find that a nunber of property owners
as shown on roll of awards of damages and assessment of benefits under said resol-
ution are non-residents of the City of South Bend, and it is ,therefore resolved that
the proper non-residence--otice be publised in the South Bend Daily Times on the
5th day of January, the 12th day of January and on the 19th day of Jantxqv ry, 1910,
stating that this Board will give a further hearing on said roll on the lst day
of February , 1910, at 10 A. M.
