The Board net in regular session at 10;Q011A. M. All members present.
The Board having under consideration the matter of the opening of William Street
from Colfax Ave. to Michigan Ave. under condemnation Resolution No. 50. It is decided that
all action under said resolution should be and the sane is hereby in all things rescinded.
In the matter of the paving of Bridge street and the paving of La Porte Ave. un-
der Improvement Resolution Nos. 4,4*4/ 3 , Vh . It is hereby ordered that all action
under said resolutions should be and. the sane is hereby in all things rescinded.
