The, Board met in regular` sessinn at 10:00 A. Y1. -i- MaIherny absent.
Remonstrance filed by Chas. Coonley et al against any further work being done in
the matter of paving Howard Ave. front La Porte Ave to Michigan Ave. during cold weather.
Referred to Engineer with instructions to act in accordance with the prayer of
the fienonstrators.
In the matter of the vacation of Vassar Ave. from Leland Ave. to the River and
the vacation of Youkon Ave. from Leland Ave,. to the River, under vacation resolution: No..
55 & 56 respectively. The Hoard Find that the benefits and damages are equal and that no
property mentioned in said vacation resolutions is especially benefitted or dariaged and
the City of South Bend. hereby assumes a?1 expenses of advertising, and all action under said
resolutions is hereby concluded.
