The Board met insregular session at ;lp; 00 A. M. 11r.. Me Inerny absent..
Bond of C. H. Defrees riled and approved and contract signed for the North Eddy
Street Asphalt Macadam pavement under Improvement REsolution No. 627. A
Hearing on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for. Water Connections on Howard
Avenue from La Porte Ave. to Michigan Ave. and for Water Connections on Howard ave. from
Michigan Ave. to Van Buren Street under Improvement Resolution Nos. 624 & 625 respectively.
No remonstrators appeared anOl no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
find that the property assessed in sa-. d rolls filed Nov. 23, 19097 is benef'itted in the
amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find, that the assess-
ment rolls filed Nov. 23, 1909, &net the final estimate allowed Nov. 23, 1909, should be and
the game are hereby in call things ratified, confirmed and approved.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolution for Paving; of Pi?airie Ave. from Sample Street
to City Limits under Improvement Resolution No. 0'29 was deferred. until Dec. 17th 1909 at
10:00 A. Pal.

were rejected, and all action under said resolution is hereby in all things rescinded.
