on the -Plan of the Cent.,ral Union Telephone Co. for pole distribution out side of Under-

approved by the- Board.
Hearing on petition for the clearing of Main -Street at the J. M. Studebaker Bldg.
was deferred until Friday Dec. 10th., 1909 at 10:00 A. M.
In the matter of Vacation Resolution No. 59. The Board find that the property
of James & Mary HcCaffery., Emelia Brodkhaus, Laura A. Wilson, Oren G. Huff, Lydia Emery,
Wm. M. & Maude M. Jones, John W. & Hattie Hathaway, Wm. H. Hathaway and Franklin Berger is
benefitted in the sum of $15.00. The said property is therefore assessed $15.00. Now comes
the owners of said property and waive all notice of assessment under Vacation Resolution No.
59 and pay into the treasury of the City of South Bend, Indiana, the sum of $15.000
President.
