The Board met, in regular session at 10;:00 A. -M. Mr. Ni:car Absent.
Petition filed for light at Miami and .Haney Street.
Ordered in:

Begin at the N. E. Cor. of Lot No. 10 in G. W. Swygart's 3rd addition; thence E. 16
feet; thence south to S. W. Corner of lot No. 9 in said addition; thence S. Westerly with the
northerly line of Prairie Avenue to the south east corner of lot -7qo. 10 in said addition;
thence north to the place of beginning.
No remonstrances were filed and no remonstrators appeared. The Board therefore
declare the above property in all things vacated.
In the matter of Vacation Resolution No. 60. The Board find that the property -of--
John A Mattle J. .`Vygart benefitted in the amount of $5.00. The property of John A. &
Mattie J. Swygart is therefore assessed $5.00. Now comes John A. & Mattie J. Swygart and
waives all notice of assessment under Vacation Resolution No. 60 and pays in to the Treas-
wry of the City of South Bend, Ind. the sum of $5.00
Petition filed for Tarvia Macadam pavement on E. Navarre Street from Michigan St.
to Riverside Drive.
Referred to Engineer for Specifications,
Peters Bros. Paving Co. ask for an extension of time to Dec. 15th., 1909 to
complete the La Porte Avenue Wilbur Street Asphalt Pavement under Improvement Resolution
No. 599—
