Engineer filed assessment Rolls and final estimates for Water Connections on Howard 1 from LaPorte Ave.'ta Michigan Avenue and Howard.Avenue from Van Buren Street to Michi.gan,Avenu( under Improvement Resolution No. 62_4 & 625 respectively. Resolved that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consec- utive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 24th day of November, 1909, stat- ing that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in, the City Hall on the 14th day of December, 1909 at 10:00 A. M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 2.4th day of November, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 14th day of December, 1909, at 10:0Q A. M. Contract awarded to W. H. Burke for dater Connections on Eddy Street. wring given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Water Connections on LaPorte Ave. &-W11­be-rr-Street from Oak Street to Michigan Ave. under Improvement Resolution No. 623 confirmed. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed November 23rd., 1909, is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed November 23rd., 1909, and the final estimate allowed November 23rd.2 1909, should be and the sage are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. _ Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Tarvia Macadam Pavement on Leland & Hudson Aves. under Improvement Resolution No. 592 was deferred until Nov. 30th., 1909 at 10:00 A. M. Light ordered at Michigan Street and Ohio Street. Awarding of Contract for Prairie Ave. Grade, Curb & Walk was deferred until Dec. 14th., 1909 at 10:00 A. M. Acting President.
