The Board met. in regtq&r ,session ;at 10:00 A. M. -Mr. P&pezynshi absent.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolution for Asphalt Pavement on Eddy Street from La
Salle Avenue to South Bend Avenue,.u+Zder Improvement Resolution Resolution N0. 627.
Engineer filed estimated cost as follows:

In the above matter no remonstrators appeared &nd no remonstrances were filed.
the Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits
to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of sea,id
inprove?ments sndthe see are hereby' in all things, ratified, confirmed and. approved..
Resolved, that notices be published on the ,.?.Ay of and on the
day of , 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will receive
bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A. M. an the 7th day of Dec.
1909. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Hearing given on Vacation Resolution No. 59, vacating the following described
property, to -wit:
Begin at the north east corner of lot 1 M. E. Listenbesri ors Sub -Division of large
lot 3 Cottrells 1st Addition to the Town of Lowell�_now a part of the City of South Bend,
Indienae, thence north 5.3 ft. to the South line of Sorin St. as platted in Chazpotons Sub.
of Large Lot. 2 in said Addition thence vest on said south line produced to a point 5 feet
north of the North west corner of lot 9 in said Listenberger Sub. thence south 5 ft. to
the north west corner of lot 9 in said Sub. thence east to the place of beginning.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
The Board therefore declares the above described property in all things vacated.
Engineer instructed to prepare roll: shoving **wards of benefits and assessments of damages
Lights ordered- an follows:
Meade & Division Street
Bartlett Street & St. Joseph St.
Engineer reported grade on Olive Street. Saone approved.
