Vacation RESOLUTION NQ.. 60.
Resolved by the Boaard. of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That
it is desirable to vacate the fG lowing:
Begin at the N. E. Cop. of Lot No. 10 in G. W. Svrjgart's 3rd addition; thence
E. 16 feet; thence .South to S. M. Corner of lot no 9 in said addition; thence, S. Westerly
with the northerly line,of Prairie Avenue to the south east corner of lot No. 10 in said
addition; thence north to the place of beginning.
The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation
Lots Nos. 91 101, 26 & 27 in G. W. SPrj,,r its 3rd sddit3.on.
0 John A. Swygart & Mattie J. Swygart.
V Notice of this resol tion shall be published can the 11 day of Nov. and on the 19th
day of November 1909 in the South Bend Daly Times.
This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 30 day of Nov. ' 1909 at 10:00 A.M.
will hear Find receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these pr®
ceedings.
Adopted this 10th day of Nov. 1909.
