Fea,ser filed and approved and contract signed for the South Michigan Street Cement Walk Improvement. I14PROVFMENT RESOLUTION No. 62a. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend., .Ind- ianea: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as -foll- ows: Water Connections on Eddy Street from La Salle Ave. to ,South Bend, AVE. Said Improvement shall be known and designated as '"THE EDDY ST. WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the Flans and specification s prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith: Notice of proposals for bids for the construction of said work shall be published on the loth day of November and on the 17th day of November, 1909, in they South Bend Daily Tires. Bids will be received up to 10:00 O'clock A. M. on the loth day of November, 1909. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Adopted this 9th day of Nov. 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Edwin Nicar. Actg. Prest. Engineer filed assessment., Rolls and final estimates for Tarvia Macadam ,Pavement on LFLA?s?D and HUD,ON -AYES. from 1st angle in Leland Ave to Portage Ave. Terrace Ave. and for Water connections on LA PORTE AVE. & WILBER ST. under Improvement Resolution Nos.. 592 & 623 respectively. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published fr for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the loth day of Nov. 1909, stating that this Board will give aL hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the city Hall on the 23rd day of November 1909 at 10:00 A. M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the IQ day of November, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times, sta$.ing that this Board will give: ire hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hell on the 23rd day of. November 1909 at 10:00 A. M. Acting President.
