The Board met in regular session .at 10:00 A. M, Mr. Mclnerny absent.
Bond of Iiobatnn & Roach filed. and approved and contract signed for the Eddy and
Howard Streemts Pipe Suer.
arding of contract for the Howard Ave. pavement under Improvement Resolution
No. 606 was defer„ed. until Wednesday Nov. 3rd., 1909 at 10-:00 A. M.
Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Pipe Sewer on Linden Ave. from
Johnson St. to Sixth St. under Improvement Resolution No. 593.
No remonstrators appeared are no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
find that the property a,ssessin said rolls filed October 12th., 1909 is benefitted in the
amount of assessments as shoNNn on said rolls, and the Poard further find that the assess—
ment rolls filed October 12th., 1909, and the -final estimate allowed October 12th., 1909
should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
