Petition filed for Asphalt Macadam pavement on Eddy street from La Salle Ave. to South Bend Ave. Referred to Engineer for specifications. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION No. 627. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the ity of. South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points"as follows* Asphalt Macadam pavement on Eddy Street from La Salle Avenue to South Bend, Avenue. Also the construction of cement curbing where not already in. Said improvement shall be known and designated as follows• "THE EDDY STREET ASPHALT MACADAM PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to they plans and specifications'prepa,red by the City Civil Engineer, riled herewith. Notice of this resol- ution shall be Dublished on the 26th day of October and on the 2nd day of Nov. 1969 in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolutio at its offiet in the City Hall on the 16th day of November 1909 at 10:00 A. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law.
