Petition filed by C. R.. Yoder et al for an electric light at. Leer and Donald
street.
Referred to Street_ Department.
Petition filed for sidewalks on South side of Milton Ave. from Michigan street
to Fellows Street.
Referred to Engineer for specifications.
Bj.ds were received and referred to Engineer for tabulation for Pipe Sewer on
Eddy and Ho -ward Streets.
Engineer Filed,:asgess3ment Roll and final estimate for Water connections on Van
Buren. Street from Portage A,ve. to Howard Ave. Under Improvement Resolution No. 6OE 1/2.
Resolved, that notice; as to the amounts of assessments be published for six con-
secutive drays in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the A 4 day of October, 190%
stating that this Board will give a, hearing on the amount of such assessments at its off-
ice in the City Hall on the 29th day of October, 1909, at 7'15 P. M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts ve accepted and
approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be publis-
hed on the 22th day of October, 1909, in the South BeNd Daily Times, starting that this
Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall
on the 29th day of October, 1909, at 7*15 P. M.
