Whereas, the Board of Public Works has heretofore to -fit on the 31mt day of August,,
19092 by Improvement Resolution No. 606, determined that an improvement be made'in tide na—
ture of Street pavement on Iioward Avenue! from Michigan -Avenue to La Porte Avenue, and,
Vhereas, bids for such improv*rent wrre on the _12th day of October, 1909, received
and have this day been duly considered by the Board, it is therefore resolved by said Board
of Public Works that said street be paved with Barr Clay (Block) Brick Pavement on a concrete
base and with an Asphalt filler in accordance with specifications hereinbefore adopted.
Awarding of Contract for Miami Street Pavement was deferred until Wednesday Oct. 20
19092 at 10:00 A. M. Under Improvement Resolution No. 607.
