Hearing given ,on Vacation Resolution No. 54 vacating the follow,ing property to -wit: All that part of Kaley's_[Sub-Div. to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, which lies west of Anthony street,, South 'of' Bertrand Street and North of the South Line of the first alley south of Linden Avenue, comprising lots 163 to 192 inclusive; the first alley west of Anthony street from Bertrand street to the L. S. & M. S. Ry.. The extension of Kenwood Ave- nue west from Anthony street, also the extension west of the alley north of Kenwood avenue, Also the extension west of the alley south of Kenwood avenue, also the extension crest of the alley south of Linden Avenue. No remonstrances were filed and no remonstrators appeared. The Board therefore declare the above described property in all things vacated. to -wit: Hearing given on Vacation Resolution NO- 57 vacating the following described grope The first alley south of Mildred Street running East &West between State Street and Swygart Street and touching lots ?9-30-53 & 54 in Swygarts Third Addition to the City of South Bend. Also the alley between State.Street-& Swygart Avenue running North fvom the 'forth side of Mildred Street and. extending North to the South,side of the first alley North of Indiana Avenue, said alley bein the North boundary of said Addition. No remonstrances were filed and no remonstrantors appeared.
