Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend!, Indiana: 'i'hAt an improvement be made of the kind, sizes, location and terminal points as follows: Hydreu- lie Avenue from La ,Salle Avenue to Madison Street by the construction of a cement curb and sidewalk and concrete wall &long the West and North side of. the race. , the gall to extend along and. protect the Street the full length of the race anal the curb and. walk to extend between the terminal points. Said improvement 311al be known e .d designated.. as the "HYDRAULIC AVENUE CURB WALK AND MALL IMPRO`.01ENT" and shall be constructed &ccor_dinp',� to the plans and specificat- ions preparedby the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of Sept anti on the !it day of -October 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give aa, hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall can the 12th day of October 1909, at 10:00 A. 14. A Bond or Bonds to be issued .to the Contractor in payment for such mark where the property owner sims waiver required., as according to law.
