All members peegent. r Hearing given 'on AssessnEnt Roll anal Final Estimators, for Grade, Gurb end Welk on C: Cherry Street from Jefferson Street to Division Street; Grade, Curb and Walk 9n Jefferson Street from Walnut Street -to Cherry Street; Grade, Curb and. Walk on Burns Street from South Bend, Avenue to City Limits; Cement Sidewalk'on Notre Dame Street from Wayne Street to Division Street; Pipe Sewer on Bartlett Street from Michigan Street to Lafayette Street; Pipe, Sewer'on St.- Peter Street from Washington Street to Jefferson Street under Improvement Resol- utions Nos -993, 5541, 5550 556, 5919 592 respectively. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were Filed.. The Board theref-or find" that the property assessed in said rolls Filed- August 31st., and Sept. 10th.2 1909 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and. the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed August 31st., and Sept. loth., 1909 and the final estimate allowed August 31st., and Sept. loth., 1909, should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified., confirmed and approved. Under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 61t3, 604, 6152 611, 605, 621, 617 respectively The Board having the matter under.advisement deemed it advisable to rescind all action on the above Resolutions. Hearing on Improvement Resolution No 614 for Grade, Curb & Walk on Huron Street deferred until Sept. 28th., 1909 at 10;00 A. M. Hearing on Improvement Resolution No. 619 for Pipe Sewer on North Eddy Street deferred until.Sept 29th., 1909 at 10:00 A. M. Hearing -on Improvement Resolutions; Pavement on Howard Avenue from Michigan.
