Chief of Pplice instructed to serve noticed on the owners of the -Hagerty-Campau
property West of Hill Street to remove obstruction of sand from. the- first parallel alloy

La Salle paper Company file petition for permission to extend side track across
Madison Street to their factory,
Petition referred to the Common Council with recomendation that the necessary
consent be given.
Lights ordered. as follows.
Kline and Calvert Streets
Michigan Ave. and. Olive Street
Tonti and Tecumseh Aves.
College and Baker Streets.
Contracts awarded as follows.

Whereas the Board of Public Works has heretofore to -wit on the 30th day of July 1909 by
Improveement Resolution No. 599 determined that an improvement be made in the nature of.
Street paavement.on La Porte Ave and Wilker Street from Oak Street to Michigan Ave. and
whereas bids.for such improvement were on the 14th day of Sept 1909 received and have this
day been duly considered by the Board, it is therefore resolved by said Board of Public
Works that said street be paved with Barr Clay Block Brick pavement on a concrete base
and with Asphalt filler in accordance with specifications hereinbeforee adopted.
